First-party website analytics
We use first-party analytics that we host ourselves. We do not use cookies or local storage for analytics, do not store visitor IP addresses, and do not share analytics data with third parties.
The public website records the page path, referring website origin (and the path for referrals from this website), coarse country and browser categories, screen width, and selected contact or request-link interactions. Query strings, raw user-agent strings, telephone numbers, and email addresses are not stored in analytics.
An IP address and browser user-agent are used only in memory with a secret salt and the current date to produce an anonymous visitor identifier. The raw values are never written to the database. The identifier changes every day and cannot be used to follow a visitor over time.
Your privacy controls
The tracker honors Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control signals in both the browser and the collection endpoint. When either signal is enabled, no analytics event is recorded.
Scope
This analytics system runs only on D and D Laboratory's public marketing website. It is not installed in the authenticated Caseore client portal.
